Moldova Go back to countries map In the Republic of Moldova, Data for Impact (D4I) builds on MEASURE Evaluation’s work on assisting the country to assess its care system reform, proposing recommendations to address priority needs, developing alternative care monitoring indicators, analyzing information systems, and implementing training and mentoring activities. The overall goal of the “Harnessing the Power of Data for the Benefit of the Child” activity is to strengthen the capacity of the government and its partners at national and subnational levels to collect, analyze, and use data to generate a positive impact on children in adversity, defined as children who are experiencing conditions of serious deprivation and danger. The activity will use a learning-centered approach to generate evidence, build skills and practices, ensure data quality, promote a data use culture, and prioritize the sharing of ideas and experience among stakeholders.
